I was fearful of my feelings.. I was afraid that I wasnt dealing the same way you did. But now I understand nobody will ever feel how I do or even understand why .. I can say I love you, even if you dont care, It’s how I feel! What did you expect?..

..Over the last month I taught myself not to have expectations from people anymore, I learnt that 97.7% of them will just let you down. So this new outlook on life sort of backfired leaving me empty. My theory was that no expectations meant no pain and would lead me to empowerment and strength as I would be in control - instead it lead to numb nothingness.. The harsh words, the bitter truth...
